Founded by Richard Davonport (and inspired by his father, an honorary member of the British Woodcarvers Association), he began honing his woodworking skills by whittling wood cut-offs from his part-time job after school. After attending college for cabinet making, Richard soon established his own workshops - and the Davonport brand was born.

Over the years, Davonport Kitchens has experienced significant growth, employing a team of like-minded individuals to uphold the brand's incredibly high standards.
