Design Service

(£50 fee, which is refundable, see below)

To request this service,  you will need to submit the dimensions of your space. If you don’t have this already, please download our handy measuring guide here

Send your room dimensions to our in-house designer, who will design the kitchen into your room based on the information you provide.


This service includes:

  • A ‘best fit’ design of the kitchen in your space will be emailed to you, including a plan and elevations. See a sample customer design presentation here
  • Main modifications, if required, will be highlighted e.g. breakfast bar needs reducing in length.

Designs will be issued via email within 2 full working days, see conditions below.


Important Notes

  • Please ensure that all measurements and information provided are accurate and complete prior to requesting this service. 
  • When adapting a pre-installed kitchen to a new layout, alteration works and making good of finishes may be required. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications to panels, units, worktops, or décor panels.
  • Please note some units included in the elevations may not be exactly representative of the actual unit i.e. 3 doors or 2 doors or drawer line units etc. Please refer to the sales listing for the exact specifications of the units. If additional items (e.g. filler panels, hinges, handles, or appliances etc) are required to complete the installation, it is your responsibility to ensure that these can be sourced and supplied before installation begins.
  • We recommend that your kitchen installer reviews the proposed `best fit` design alongside the room(s) intended for installation to ensure the layout is feasible, functional, and aligned with your expectations, before committing to the purchase of the kitchen.

We cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in the information supplied, including inaccurate or incomplete measurements or for not checking the best fit design information provided.

  • £50 fee is refundable if you buy the kitchen.
  • 2 working day turnaround ‘subject to demand’. Any delays to be advised prior to proceeding.
  • The kitchen you choose will be placed on reserve during the design period. You will then be given 1 working day to put a deposit on the kitchen before the reserve is lifted.
