During his visit, our photographer Sam noted that this kitchen is in very good used condition. As with all painted kitchens, cabinetry requires touching up upon installation, wear more prominent on island . Scuffs/scratches to inside of sink base. Some
fading to internals from wet cutlery etc. Removal of bottle opener from island end panel may result in holes that require filling.
No access issues noted.

By bespoke cabinetry makers Woodwork kitchens, this large in-frame kitchen boasts classic cabinetry which is elevated by delicate beading, trending colourway and cone pull handles. The build quality is evident through crafted drawer boxes with dovetail joins, alongside planked internal panels. Stand out features include double pantry with door hung spice racks and basket drawers, which sits alongside countertop cabinet with display doors. Island is currently painted in Farrow and Ball's 'Down Pipe' but buyer has the option to repaint to suit their space. Woodwork have confirmed that if bought new today this kitchen would cost in the region of £50,000. Cabinetry features pine elements in a painted finish. Doors and frames are tulip wood, with mdf centre door panels.
