During his visit, our photographer Gareth noted that this kitchen is in good used condition. Kitchen has been repainted, with original handles replaced, and requires sanding and full repaint, along with excess paint removing from hinges.
Few hinges require replacing e.g. to doors of washing machine space. Scratches to sink and tap. Sink base given free of charge due to cut out/ staining. Cabinet internals would benefit from sanding.
No access issues noted.
