During his visit, our photographer Ant noted that the kitchen is mostly in very good used condition, with areas of most use showing more wear and tear and requiring minor repair. Wear to the inside of bin housing (see images), this will require repair. Some minor swelling to mdf in prominent in areas of high use (check images). Wear to plinths, caused by mopping. Wooden worktop could do with sanding. Whilst professionally painted around 3 years ago, we believe the buyer will want to do a full repaint.

This kitchen was bespoke made by Richard Baker (supplier of Gordon Ramsey’s home kitchen). With recessed doors, kitchen shows shaker cabinetry in its truest form, offering a timeless look that would suit any space. Each cabinet front is defined by classic mouldings and can repainted to become truly your own. This is a quality build, shown through crafted wooden drawer boxes with dovetail joins and detailed cornicing. Open shelving is perfect for displaying crockery and glassware, whilst tall cabinetry, a countertop unit with tambour door and corner units offer ample storage solutions. Whilst not a renovation project as such, this kitchen does require some light restoration work and therefore a full repaint.
