Cabinetry has been touched up by Charles Yorke, and will require a minimum of touching up upon installation. Please note that chipping is more prominent on darker cabinetry. Marks to water dispenser in F/F. Water staining to base panel of fridge unit, this is included free of charge. Hinge requires repair on door above oven.
Island has been chipped on corner when worktop was removed, see images.

This kitchen was originally crafted by Charles Yorke, makers of luxury bespoke cabinetry, and features a beautifully timeless design with classic in-frame shaker doors. Originally designed to be 'best in show' at Grand Designs Live, the high quality of this build is evident through engraved, wooden drawer boxes featured throughout, and storage is maximized by pull out larders and shelves. Features we love include intricate dentil cornicing, oversized pelmet and beaded cabinetry. A real focal point of this design is the bold, contrasting island, and buyer has the opportunity to repaint in a new shade, or even replace handles to suit their taste. Completing this sale are a collection of appliances from Miele and De Dietrich.
