During his visit, our photographer Sam noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. Seller has advised that the kitchen was professionally repainted and had installed new worktops and door handles 6 years ago. We advise cabinetry requires repaint. One of the drawer fronts in the 200mm drawer packs has cracked and looks to have been glued together. Chip to front of dresser which will require filling. Some of the soft close fixtures require replacing.
Fuse in extractor requires replacing, extractor mechanism needs to be built into floor.
