This property is subject to access issues, if self collecting please seek advice from Rehome.
During her visit, our photographer noted that this kitchen is in need of cosmetic refurb and will require joinery expertise, and has been priced to reflect this. This is only in part due to expected use as wear and tear is minimal for age. It is the result of the property being vacant for over 2 years. As with most pre-loved kitchens it will require sanding and repainting. Pantry requires sanding and varnish to bring it back to its full glory but if you like a rustic look this is optional. Some doors have expanded due to temperature change, and are stiff to open/do not fully close, we believe this could be rectified with the help of an experienced joiner who will be able to ease the doors. The most effected are the bifold counter top doors which have an overlap of approx 2cms and do not shut, likewise there is a 5mm overlap on the sink base doors and these do not shut. We also struggled to open the small feature drawers on the countertop dresser. However, overall, most doors will require easing to some degree. We have surveyed this kitchen extensively and are happy to discuss condition with you prior to purchase. We have added photographs to show the degree to which the doors on some of the cabinets will require easing.
