Cabinetry requires cosmetic refurb which includes, but is not limited to sanding, filling in chips and repainting. Dishwasher door needs re aligning. Water staining to inside of sink base, given free of charge. Plinths require replacing. Swelling to underside of wall unit due to kettle steam.
