During her visit, our photographer Sarah noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. Slight wear to interior of bin housing. Some minor nicks to cabinetry which will require filling, see images for examples. Small chip to worktop near sink. Ring mark to hob. Water damage to end panel of oven housing (sink run), see images. Plinths have some discolouration caused by mopping. Water mark to unit housing Zip tap plumbing. Cabinetry would benefit from sanding and re-varnishing. Ovens require cleaning. Rangemaster hob was installed at a later date and is smaller than cut out, so seller has added a wooden chopping board to fill the void. Shelf of F/F housing was added at a later date when seller replaced F/F with a shorter model.
