During his visit, our photographer Denis noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition, commensurate with age. We believe that the kitchen has been repainted since installed. Would benefit from another repaint. Some small chips to cabinetry with will require filling. Wooden worktop in utility would benefit from sanding and re-varnishing. Swelling inside both utility & kitchen sink base. Some small chips to worktop near the drainer grooves in the kitchen worktop. Some scratches to the finish of handles. Swelling inside mantle cupboards, buyer may choose to replace these if safely removed.
