During his visit, our photographer Konrad noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition, and has been well cared for. Cabinetry is powder-coated, and the seller had this redone professionally around 2019. Some wear to the finish requires a minimum of touching up. Some small chips to the cabinetry that would require filling. Some staining/repairable damage, as well as age-related/natural discolouration to wooden worktops, which would benefit from sanding and re-oiling. Chip to utility sink run worktop. Some scratches to the shelves in the wine fridge. Burn marks to hob. Please see images for examples of wear.
