During his visit, our photographer Antonio noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition, commensurate with age. Due to its natural finish, cabinetry may have experienced fading from contact with sunlight, this can be restored through professional polishing if you are choosing not to paint. One of the drawers from the drawer pack left of the oven is stiff and will require adjusting. Worktop is chipped around oven, and there is a piece broken from the island end near butchers block. The post within the double wall unit in L shaped kitchen run has come loose, will require re-fitting. Staining inside sink base. Butchers block would benefit from sanding and re-varnishing. Coffee machine requires a service. Start button on Neff microwave requires replacing. Ignition spark on hob doesn't work. Appliances are included free of charge. The Neff dishwasher was added at a later date to replace a Miele dishwasher; the dishwasher door still has the Miele plaque on it from the original design.
