Very good used condition
This property is subject to possible access issues. If self-collecting, please seek advice from Rehome.
During his visit, our photographer Greg noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. We believe that the kitchen has been repainted since originally installed, would benefit from a minimum of touching up. Wear is more prominent to the island due to the darker finish, this would benefit from a repaint. Some small chips to cabinetry which will require filling. Wooden worktops would benefit from sanding and revarnishing. Staining inside sink bases. Wear to the bottom of the wine rack and f/f housing due to cleaning. Fading to the shelves inside the countertop appliance garage. Scratches to the first pull-out basket unit inside the pantry. Staining inside tall corner unit in utility. Scratches to pantry doors.
Dismantle notes:
Upon dismantle, the tall utility units were flat-packed as they had been built in situ. The tall utility units also have biscuit-joined frames; some of these joins were broken and will require replacing or repairing, upon installation. The doors of the fridge freezer housing were damaged and will also require repair upon reinstallation. Please see images.
