We believe that the kitchen has been repainted since originally installed, would benefit from a minimum of touching up. Wear is more prominent to the island due to the darker finish, this would benefit from a repaint. Some small chips to cabinetry which will require filling. Wooden worktops would benefit from sanding and revarnishing. Staining inside sink bases. Wear to the bottom of the wine rack and f/f housing due to cleaning. Fading to the shelves inside the countertop appliance garage. Scratches to the first pull-out basket unit inside the pantry. Staining inside tall corner unit in utility.
