Some small chips to the cabinetry that will require filling. There are 2 different styles of handles used. Swelling to left side of sink base (inside). Small crack inside main kitchen sink. Hob is working, but will be included free of charge due to surface stratches. Staining inside island sink base. The seller has painted the breakfast bar worktop; the buyer can remove this for a natural finish, if desired. Swelling inside unit right of AGA. Scratches and some small dents to the front of the f/f. Crack to top fridge drawer, replacements can be sourced easily online. The top of the bin doors look to have been tiled. Swelling to the left panel of f/f housing. Swelling to end panel right of utility sink base. Utility sink run worktop is cracked, this is excluded from the sales price. Wear to wooden panel under utility sink, the buyer may choose to replace this. Swelling to the bottom panel inside utility sink base. 2 x pull-out baskets are missing from the L-shaped utility run.
