The kitchen has been repainted since installed, and would benefit from a minimum of touching up. Some small chips to cabinetry that will require filling. Chip to island worktop above fridge housing. Some wear to the wooden worktop, as expected with age, the buyer may choose to sand and re-varnish this. Unit right of AGA has a cut out on the left side. Some of the doors will require adjusting.
