During her visit, our photographer Maya noted that the kitchen is in mostly very good used condition, especially the back wall cabinetry. The island, however, seems to have suffered some damage and as the kitchen has been inherited in a house sale, we don't know why. Please review images of the island carefully, taking note of the front of the dishwasher door which is significantly damaged, and the light damage to some of the corners of other island unit fronts. Oven would benefit from deep cleaning before reinstallation. Island plinth needs replacing, this swelling can be caused by mopping. Some small chips to worktop. Please see images for examples of what we have noted here

This is a quality build, boasting wooden drawer boxes with dovetail joins and sturdy cabinetry that is well-suited to reconfiguration. The sale is completed by a collection of appliances, including a Falcon range oven, KitchenAid fridge, and a sought-after Quooker tap. We have noted some areas of damage on the island that we beleive need repair. Please see visit notes; this kitchen has been priced to reflect this.
