During his visit, our photographer Ben noted that the kitchen is in good used condition; however, it has experienced some notable scaring due to over sanding when repainted. The seller has advised that the kitchen has been resprayed, and would benefit from a minimum of touching up upon installation, however, during this renovation work we believe that an electric sander has been used as some of the edges of the detail have been removed/softened. The most affected area is the oven facing side of the island, which clearly shows some deeper gouges into the doors. Whilst not immediately obvious to the untrained eye in most places, any potential buyer should be aware of this – It is possible to zoom in on all our images. In addition, there is limescale on taps and a seal missing from the wine fridge, which will require replacing. Swelling to the plinth under the tall run of cabinetry. Some small chips and scratches to butcher's block. Door to 600mm unit right of sink base on island has been repaired by the seller.
