The seller has advised that the kitchen was repainted last year, in Fired Earth Lulworth, and the darker units are Farrow & Ball Stiffkey Blue. A minimum of touching up will be required upon reinstallation, as expected with pre-loved kitchens. Some small chips and nicks to cabinetry. Some marks/discolouration to the utility worktop, the buyer may choose to sand and revarnish this. A few scratches to front of f/f. Thoughtfully designed to maximise storage, the kitchen and utility offer plenty of cabinetry that allows for simple reconfiguration; some features that we love include a dresser with pantry units, countertop storage, and a utility broom cupboard. The sale is complete with a collection of Fisher & Paykel appliances, including an oven and fridge freezer. This will be dismantled free of charge by Rehome’s Which?
