During his visit, our photographer Ant noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. Due to its finish, the cabinetry may have naturally bleached due to contact with sunlight, this can be rectified by professional polishing. Butcher's block would benefit from sanding and re-varnishing. Some staining to the plinth right of f/f space and inside f/f housing on the right side. Shaker panelling on the right curved door is peeling. A piece of the frame at the bottom of the curved unit has cracked, as well as the plinth below. Some nicks to cabinetry/small dents to wooden worktop in front of countertop dressers. Base panel is cut inside sink base, with cabinet edging strips peeling at the cut out. Some small chips to worktops. The seller has removed the dishwasher door, but the door will be included in the sale for attaching to a replacement dishwasher. Please see images for examples of wear.

Crafted by the luxury furniture maker Mark Wilkinson, as a part of their Mai range, this kitchen boasts a number of classic features, including detailed cornices, Gothic style wood carving, integrated chopping boards and solid drawer boxes. The kitchen offers a selection of units to maximise storage; take a look at the pantry, countertop dressers and curved unit, which is completed by a butcher's block. Mark Wilkinson have confirmed that, if bought today, the kitchen would cost in the region of £125,000. This kitchen will be dismantled free of charge by Rehome’s Which?
