During his visit, our photographer Antonio noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition and has been well cared for. Some wear, as expected with pre-loved kitchens, including chips and scratches. The cabinetry may have experienced natural bleaching over time due to contact with sunlight, which can be rectified by professional polishing. The cornice of the f/f housing has been cut around a ceiling beam. Plinths have been excluded from sales price as these will need replacing due to cutting for uneven floor.

Designed in a traditional style, it showcases expert craftsmanship through chunky pilasters, intricate dentil cornicing, and solid wooden drawer boxes with dovetail joins. The kitchen has been well cared for, and its sturdy cabinetry can be easily reconfigured to suit a variety of layouts. The buyer also has the option to paint the cabinetry to suit their own style.
