During his visit, our photographer Konrad noted that the kitchen is in a very good, clean used condition. The seller has advised that the kitchen has been repainted twice since installation and she believes it would benefit from another repaint soon. There are some areas of swelling, more notably to the bin housing door, sink run plinths and the countertop panel left of hob. The ice maker on the freezer is temperamental and will require repair. There are some marks to the hob, which we believe can be cleaned. Small crack to the door shelf inside undercounter fridge. Please see images for examples of wear.
