We believe that the kitchen has been repainted since it was originally installed and will require touching up upon re-installation. This is a very solid build. Chip to island worktop. Swelling inside the utility sink base and to the bottom of some end panels, which is likely caused by cleaning. The wooden worktops would benefit from sanding and revarnishing. See images
