During his visit, our photographer Ben noted that the kitchen the kitchen is in very good clean used condition. The painted finish will require touching up and some remedial work as there are some areas of light swelling. Buyer may choose to replace plinths. There is some natural fading to the timber on the island units, which can be polished. One of the shelves inside the fridge door is cracked; low-cost replacements can be found online. Chip to hob.
The drawer pack from the utility was originally part of the island, positioned alongside the other 850mm drawer packs, where the table is currently located. The original worktop is included in the sale free of charge; however, the buyer may need to purchase additional elements, such as plinths and a panel for the breakfast bar, should they wish to extend the island back to its original size. The dining table and chairs are not included in the sale.
