During his visit, our photographer Konrad noted that the kitchen is in very good clean used condition. The seller has advised that the kitchen has been professionally repainted a couple of times since it was installed, most recently around 2024, but as with all painted kitchens, tough ups will be required upon installation. The wooden worktop would benefit from re-varnishing. Light swelling of the island plinths, which is likely caused by mopping. Some water ingress in the sink base and butt hinges need replacing. Dishwasher control markings are wearing off. Wear is more prominent on the breakfast bar stools.
