During their visit, our photographer Sam noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. Minimum of touching up required to the painted finish upon reinstallation. Scratches to the finish of the door handles. Crack to one of the freezer drawers; low-cost replacements can be found online. The central burner on the hob doesn't work, so will require repair. The seller has advised that the igniter is functioning and producing a spark, but the burner is not currently igniting. The Logik dishwasher doesn't fully stay open, so it will require adjusting. Some of the plinth clips require replacing, these can be easily sourced at a low cost. One of the handles on the dresser has been replaced by the seller, so it doesn't match the others.
