During his visit, our photographer Ant noted that the kitchen is in a very good/good used condition. We believe that the island has been repainted since installed and will require touching up upon installation. Some of the edging strips on the tall unit doors are peeling (easy fix). We recommend that a buyer consider either French polishing or painting these units, as there is some natural patina on the fronts from the sun. There is some staining to the worktops, and a crack next to the hobs - this is excluded from the sales price. Marks to hobs.
