During his visit, our photographer Ant noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition, with minimal use/wear and has been well-cared for. Please see images for examples of wear. One of the island's corners looks like it has been previously repaired. Part of the frame above the coffee machine is lifting. The dining table top is quite heavily scratched. The underside of the table top was glued to the base, and the MDF where it was glued has broken; this won't be visible on reinstallation.
