Whilst this has not been noted by our photographer, due to its natural finish, some areas of the cabinetry may have lightened over time as a result of exposure to sunlight. This can be restored through professional polishing, or the buyer may choose to repaint the cabinetry. Some of the wall unit doors don't close properly and will require adjusting. Light swelling to some of the utility elements including freezer housing, sink base and end panels. Wear to utility worktops (these are excluded from the sales price).
