During his visit, our photographer Ant noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition in most areas, but does require some repair and full repaint. There is some water ingress around the bottom of the pilasters/end panels and plinths, which can be caused by mopping; we believe that the buyer would choose to replace these. There are chips and scuffs to the surface of the worktops, more prominently around the sink due to higher use. Some of the drawers require adjusting. The left corner unit mechanism requires repair. The sink base has a broken handle and some swelling inside the unit.
