During his visit, our photographer Jeremy noted that the kitchen is in good used condition. The kitchen would benefit from a repaint, and a natural patina has developed on the island units through use – the wood is thought to be solid Wenge which is a tropical wood with grain and colour variation; Island wooden worktop would benefit from sanding and revarnishing. There are some chips to the doors, and some light swelling to one of the sink base drawer fronts and to the door of the unit right of it. Handle missing from the drawer pack right of the sink base. Tape marks to the front of wine fridge and f/f; these should be able to be cleaned off. Some drawers will require realigning.
