During his visit, our photographer Ant noted that the kitchen is in very good, clean used condition with very little evidence of use. As with all painted kitchens, touch ups will be required upon reinstallation. For reference, the kitchen is painted in Little Greene 'Windmill Lane', and the seller has some spare, which can be included in the sale. There is a chip to one of the drawer fronts that can be easily restored. There is writing on the freezer compartment door inside the fridge, which should be able to be cleaned off.

Used only a small number of times as a holiday residence for the family, this kitchen was hand crafted by Higham Furniture, a small established, award-winning workshop in Hampshire. This is at the top end of british craftmanship! Cockbeaded frames and wooden drawer boxes with dovetail joints highlight the quality of the build, whilst adding a subtle elegance to the pared-back design. Painted in a muted green shade by Little Greene and paired with minimalist hardware, the design has a contemporary feel that would suit a variety of homes, with the units able to be easily rearranged to fit. There are a number of features that we love, including a slim pantry, bookcase and dresser with bi-fold doors, as well as a collection of sought-after Miele appliances. The kitchen will be dismantled free of charge by Rehome's Which? Trusted Trader team and can be made available upon purchase.
