As expected with age, some areas of the kitchen have developed a natural patina on the finish through use and some sun bleaching; the cabinetry may benefit from professional polishing or could be painted for a refreshed look. Some water ingress around the bottom of the f/f run. Some of the door magnetic catches require repair/replacements; these are low-cost and easy to find online. Light swelling inside tray store and towel rail unit. There are a few nicks to the frames.
