During his visit, our photographer Ben noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. The painted finish requires touching up upon reinstallation. Swelling inside the sink base. One of the oven seals is fraying and one of the plastic clips on the extractor is broken. A row of the spike rails is missing from inside the dishwasher. There is a chip to the edge of the island worktop and to one of the glass shelves in the glazed unit.
