Acceptable wear and tear to cabinetry. Kitchen would benefit from a full repaint, and some doors will require easing. Wood finish on cabinetry/handles would benefit from a French polish. There around 5 wooden ends missing from handles, which will require replacing by the buyer. Wooden worktop block on island would benefit from sanding and revarnishing. Shelf on bridge over fridge is missing, this unit has been taken apart. End panels were attached using adhesive, these will require cleaning off and reattaching. Screw fixings to side of wall units will require filling/touch up. Three of the display cabinet handles have a missing wooden element at the bottom, along with a broken handle above tray store on island. Inside panel of the fridge freezer unit has lifted and requires making good around fixing (see attached image).

A rare find, this glorious Mark Wilkinson Milan kitchen embraces Italian chique with british craftmanship. The highest grade of walnut* has been used for the feature units, which, when you open contains a stunning larder/pantry with sliding glass spice racks and storage drawers with tambour tops (see images/video). This unit also features the most beautifully curved glass doors. The island configuration is unique, with a beautifully inlayed organic shaped breakfast bar, inlayed chopping board and feature rotating TV stand. Painted shaker doors contain silver inlay strips.
