Very good ex showroom condition - kitchen has been used as a working showroom kitchen and shows some signs of use. Coffee machine and microwave have been used for day-to-day use but cleaned regularly and descaled, in good used condition.
There is a small chip in the ceramic piece on the dishwasher door and wear on the edges on the raised breakfast bar.
Raised breakfast bar can be replaced with a similar match to the existing display or changed to allow for working seating with panels under worktop to complete the design. Supplied free of charge by showroom.
