No access issues noted During her visit, our photographer Maya noted the following:This kitchen is in very good used condition and has been well cared for. Few areas of wear to natural cabinetry, could be sanded. Painted elements would benefit from repainting. Top drawer to left of sink base requires re-aligning. Plinths worn due to cleaning, we would recommend replacing. Unit with coffee machine missing door/shows signs of water staining at base, dishwasher housing door missing from this unit, unit will be given FOC. Until dismantle, we are unsure how much of the oven canopy will be included as the extractor is being retained by the seller.

This kitchen is one of Mark Wilkinson’s elegant Arts & Crafts designs and is a true icon of the kitchen industry. Please take your time to appreciate the build quality. You really won't find anything better! This stunning kitchen is fitted with a combination of Mark Wilkinson’s iconic slim silver handles and lovely silver latches which indicate the Arts & Crafts influence. Other classic features include decorative curved brackets and cornice, hidden crafted drawer boxes complete with dovetail joins, chalk board, integral trays and decorative glass counter top units. Not only does this kitchen have a large painted island with second sink, but also includes large pantry with spice racks, bread and pan drawers, and stone cooling shelves. Lovely as is, buyer has the opportunity to paint the cabinetry. The kitchen has been added to and updated by Mark Wilkinson Furniture around 10 years ago, the the Fridge Freezer housing and island as a newer addition. Are appliances electrically tested eg PAT or FAT tested?
For ex-display appliances we request the Trade Seller confirms if the appliance has been PAT (Portable Appliances Tested) of FAT (Fixed Appliance Tested) , as applicable. This will be confirmed in the `Important Information` section in the sales listing`. For pre-owned appliances we request that the Seller confirms that the appliances being sold are in good working order and any defects are noted, see `Condition` section in sales listing. We assume that appliances have not been PAT/ FAT tested, see 'Important Information' in the Sales Listing. We confirm that Rehome does not test any appliances. For all appliances it is a Purchaser obligation that all appliances purchased are installed and tested by a qualified electrician prior to being switched on.
Can I sell my used kitchen, bedroom or bathroom through Rehome?
We specialise in marketing, selling and dismantling of quality fitted home furniture including, but not limited to: complete kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, bathroom sanitary wear etc. As well as conservatories, appliances, fireplaces, garden rooms and single items of quality furniture. We are experts in high end property clearance projects and working with Trade sellers from the interiors market, selling end of line, slow moving and cancelled orders. 
How can I recycle my old electrical items?
Rehome is a member of the DTS (Distributor Take-back Scheme) and so if you search for your nearest recycling centre by visiting: www.recycle-more.co.uk you can utilise your local recycling centre.
Can Rehome arrange a viewing of a used or ex-display kitchen before I buy?
In the majority of cases for pre-owned or ex display kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, we can arrange a viewing for you. With an approved used product, this will be at the home of the seller. Likewise, for an ex display item it may be in a showroom or similar. If an item has already been removed and is in storage, viewings are harder to arrange. New (other) products are normally packed and unavailable for viewing. 
Do Rehome manage the removal of a used or ex-display kitchen and who pays for this?
Our buyers do not pay for the professional dismantle cost, as this is included in the listing price if applicable. All sellers are offered our Which? Trusted Trader dismantle service and if they have chosen this (and the majority do) it will appear in the listing. Please contact us for further information if needed.
Does Rehome offer a delivery service for used and ex-display kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms ?
Yes, delivery options are available for all products (unless stated otherwise). For specialist delivery (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms) we have an in-house,  Which? Trusted Trader delivery team with the appropriate lifting equipment and specialist vans with the correct height, weight tolerance and racking to transport your purchase safely. The average kitchen can weigh more than 1 tonne, therefore self-collection is not advised. For products that don't require specialist delivery, options will be viewable through the listing.
Is Rehome FCA approved, and do you offer finance and credit card payments?
Yes, Rehome are FCA approved and we offer finance options on selected products. This is at the discretion of the seller. If finance is available, this information will appear in the listing. 
Do Rehome install used or ex-display kitchens?
Rehome do not offer an installation service.  However, The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) work with professional installers, retailers, and manufacturers, providing consumers access to free practical advice and an informed choice. https://bikbbi.org.uk/. 
Are pre-owned kitchens on Rehome in good condition?
Each used or ex display kitchen, bathroom, bedroom item submitted for sale through Rehome is inspected, in person where possible, by a member of our marketing team. We do not accept an item if it doesn’t meet our stringent quality criteria. Our sellers, both domestic and trade, all consult with a Rehome team member and agree to sell through us adhering to our expectations for quality, cleanliness and accuracy of their listing. All products are listed for sale through Rehome with an honest reflection of condition. Listings will also include age (where known), level of use and any damage, including photographs, so you are able to make an informed choice. In a lot of instances, viewings can be arranged if desired.
Is VAT included when you buy a used or ex-display kitchen from Rehome?
All our sales prices are inclusive of VAT if applicable. You will not be charged separately for this. VAT is not applicable for pre-owned products so isn't charged. Ex display items or New (other) items may have applicable VAT included within the sales price. If you require a VAT invoice, it is best to check with a member of our team before you pay your deposit so we can check if one is available.
