Ice maker does not work in one fridge freezer. Crack to bottom freezer box, this should be a low cost replacement via eBay or similar. Swelling/water damage to island end panel - this will be included for free of charge and will require repair or replacing. Small signs of wear to finish which is more prominent around areas with high use/end panels. Scratches to left drawer pack on island.
