TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUPPORTED SALES

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

By placing an order with Rehome you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions then you will be unable to purchase goods from us.

Your offer to the Seller to purchase the Product on these terms is subject to your payment of the applicable deposit. Your offer is not deemed accepted until your deposit is received in full by Rehome, only at which point the Product Listing will be removed from the platform.

1. These Terms and Conditions

  1. These are our terms and conditions (“Terms”) and they set out the rules that apply to the supply of goods and services to you (“you” or “Customer”) when you place an order through our Sales Team.

  2. Please read these Terms carefully before you place an order through our Sales Team. These Terms apply to the contracts formed between you and the Seller, and between you and Rehome, in respect of your order for goods and the Delivery Services (as described below).
  3. Please note that where Rehome is acting as an agent to sell goods on behalf of a Third Party Seller, Rehome is not a party to the sale of the goods to you and accepts no liability or responsibility in respect of such transaction. A separate legal contract will form between you and the Third Party Seller for the purchase of the goods on the Standard Terms of Sale set out at Section A or on any Special Terms of Sale that may be notified to you by our Sales Team. You should read the applicable terms of sale and ensure that you are happy with them before placing an order for goods.
  4. We suggest that you keep a copy of these Terms for future reference. These Terms may change from time to time so make sure you check these Terms each time you place an order for goods.

  2. Where Rehome is the Seller, a contract to buy the goods on the Standard Terms of Sale will form directly between you and Rehome.
  3. Where the Seller is a Third Party Seller, the Product is listed on the platform by Rehome acting as an agent and this will be indicated in the Product Listing. 4. Where the Seller is a Private Seller, you should be aware that your consumer rights are limited and you should ensure that you are comfortable with the nature of the transaction prior to completing your Order. Please review paragraph 6 of the Standard Terms of Sale at Section A for further information.

  7. Where delivery is not included on Products purchased from a Third Party Seller, this will be detailed in the Product Listing.  In such cases, you can engage Rehome to provide delivery services, on the terms set out in our , or you can arrange your own collection services.
  8. Where you choose to use Rehome to provide Delivery Services in relation to goods purchased from a Third Party Seller, a separate contract will form between you and Rehome on our Delivery Service Terms. Such services do not form part of your Order and contract with the Third Party Seller.

    2. You are resident in the United Kingdom and that the Products are intended for delivery and use in the United Kingdom.
    3. You have read and understand these Terms and are aware that Rehome may be acting as an agent on behalf of a Third Party Seller, as indicated in the Product Listing.

We accept no responsibility for Products that are not suitable for your requirements beyond their intended purpose, unless you have notified us of those requirements, and we have accepted them, in writing prior to placing your Order.

6. Product information - images and descriptions on the website

  1. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, Rehome is not the manufacturer of any Product sold on the platform. All information provided about the Products is for information purposes only and we do not provide any warranties about the accuracy of the information.
  2. The Product Listing contains information relevant and correct as at the date of inspection, if any, carried out by Rehome and information supplied by the Seller. Rehome shall not be responsible and accepts no liability for false or misleading information provided by a Third Party Seller or damage caused to the Product between the listing date and the completion of sale. All associated claims should be directed to the Third Party Seller.
  3. Any information about the Product provided verbally by our Sales Team shall not be relied upon unless it is incorporated into the Product Listing or otherwise confirmed in writing.
  4. The following terms may be used in the Product Listing to indicate the overall condition of the Product, subject to any express comments as to quality, damage, or defect stated in the Product Listing:

Ex-display Products Goods that have featured as display items in a store, warehouse, showroom or exhibition, which might show signs of wear and/or cosmetic damage such as scratches, and which may require some minor repair, making-good or rectification work following any dismantling or uninstallation that is required.
New Products Goods that are new and have not been used by a consumer and have not been used as display items.

Seller Refurbished Products Goods that have been used by a consumer or used as display items, which have been refurbished by the Trade Seller and may benefit from a warranty.
Used Products Goods that have been owned and used by another person, and which may require some minor repair, making-good or rectification work following any dismantling or uninstallation that is required. The condition of the goods will be classified as “very good”, “good” or “refurbishment required”.
  5. Any manufacturer’s guarantee that is still applicable to a Product will be indicated in the Product Listing.  Where available, the remainder term of the guarantee will be transferred to the Customer at the same time as ownership of the Product is transferred.
  6. The images on the platform are for display purposes only. The Product Listing sets out the details of the Product, the contents, specification and condition.  Unless expressly stated otherwise, appliances, accessories and parts and fittings, whether or not included in the listing images, are not included in the Product.

7. Arranging a viewing

  1. We strongly recommend that you inspect the Product to check its condition prior to making an offer to purchase the Product.
  2. If you wish for us to arrange a viewing with the Seller, please contact our Sales Team to discuss.
  3. In order to facilitate a viewing, we will need to disclose your contact details to the Seller and the Seller’s contact details to you.  You accept such disclosure of your personal information and agree to treat the Seller’s personal information with respect and not to disclose it to any third party other than to facilitate your viewing or subsequent purchase.

8. Product Quality and Disclaimers

  1. Unless stated otherwise, all Products on the platform are used, refurbished, ex-display or graded returns, that may show signs of general wear and tear consistent with use and age, may lack original packaging and may have cosmetic damage. You may be required to clean the Products upon receipt.
  2. All Products are sold subject to the information concerning the condition of the Products detailed on the Product Listing, as well as any terms implied as to reasonable expectations of the condition of the Products given their type, age and sale status.
  3. Some Used Products or Ex-Display Products may require dismantling or uninstalling prior to collection and there is an increased risk of damage to those Products during the dismantling/uninstalling process. You acknowledge and accept that some minor repairs, making-good, or rectification work may be required in respect of Used Products or Ex-Display Products that require dismantling or uninstalling.
  4. The Product Listing may identify items that are included in the Product package but are not included in the overall price of the Product due to the inherent risk of the dismantling/uninstalling process or the overall condition of the item (“Disclaimed Items”).  For example, a used kitchen may include the worktops at no cost due to the risk of damage to the worktops in the dismantling process, particularly with respect to worktops with cut outs.
  5. Where the Product Listing details any Disclaimed Items, you should note that this will impact you rights of return. You should carefully review the Product Listing and ensure you understand this point before placing an Order. If you need further information about any Disclaimed Items in a Product Listing, then please contact our Customer Service Team.

  1. Where the Product Listing indicates that delivery is not included in the Order, you may either engage our specialist delivery team to collect the Product from the Seller and deliver it to you, or arrange for the Product to be collected yourself.
  2. Due to the specialist nature of some of the Products listed on the platform, we recommend that you engage our specialist delivery team to provide the collection and delivery services.
  3. If you engage our specialist delivery team, then a separate contract for the Delivery Services will form between you and Rehome on our . It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details you provide to us are correct. 4. If you have a complaint about the platform or our Sales Team, please contact our Customer Service Team. Any complaints about the Products must be directed to the Seller but we invite you to discuss your concerns with our Customer Service Team in the first instance.

11. Data and privacy

  1. You acknowledge and accept that Rehome will disclose your personal information to the Third Party Seller and any subcontractor engaged by Rehome for the purposes of fulfilling this contract.
  2. You acknowledge that we may disclose personal data about the Seller to you for the purposes of fulfilling this contract and you accept and agree not to disclose such information to any third party other than in performance of this contract and to comply at all times with all applicable data protection legislation with respect to such personal data.
  3. For information on how we use your personal information, please refer to our on the platform.

In such circumstances, we reserve the right to prevent you from using the platform and our Delivery Services in future and we may also tell the Third Party Seller and fraud prevention agencies about your fraudulent application and share the information you provided with them.

12. We are not responsible for losses caused by the Products

  1. Nothing in these Terms will exclude our liability for death or personal injury; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
  2. Where the Product is sold by Rehome in its capacity as an agent for a Third Party Seller, Rehome has no responsibility and accepts no liability for any damage or loss caused to you, or your property, in connection with that Product.

12. Other important terms and conditions

  1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.
  2. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  3. These Terms are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be brought in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in.

Section A – Standard Terms of Sale

1. Application of Terms

  1. These Standard Terms of Sale apply to the contract that is formed between the Seller and the Customer when an order is placed and shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the Customer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing.
  2. Where Rehome is acting as an agent to sell the Product on behalf of a Third Party Seller, a separate legal contract will form between the Customer and the Third Party Seller directly on these Standard Terms of Sale, unless otherwise stated.
  3. The defined terms set out in the Rehome Terms and Conditions shall apply and have the same meaning in these Standard Terms of Sale.

2. Acceptance of your Order

  1. When you make a bid through our Sales Team to purchase a Product from a Seller at a suggested price, our Sales Team will present the bid to the Seller for their consideration. The Seller may, in their absolute discretion, reject or accept any bid presented to them by our Sales Team at any time until the Order is confirmed and accepted.
  2. If the bid is accepted by the Seller in principle, you will receive an email confirming the basis of your proposal and a request for payment of the deposit or the total purchase price, as applicable. These details will be set out in writing, sent to you by our Sales Team, and will constitute your “Order”.
  3. If you are happy with the content of the Order, you may offer to purchase the Product on those terms by making payment of the requested deposit or total purchase price (as applicable).
  4. The Product shall remain listed for sale on the platform until we are in receipt of the deposit/total purchase price and in the event that there is more than one buyer interested in purchasing the Product, the Order of the first buyer to make payment of the deposit/total purchase price shall be confirmed and accepted (unless that Order has been otherwise rejected or cancelled by the Seller).
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, your purchase is not confirmed or accepted by the Seller until receipt by us of the deposit or total purchase price (as applicable) and you receive a confirmation email from Rehome confirming the acceptance of your Order (the “Confirmation Notice”).

3. The right to reject your Order

  1. Sometimes we, or the Third Party Seller, will reject an Order for reasons including, but not limited to, when a Product becomes unexpectedly out of stock, when we are unable to verify your payment details or when a Product has been mispriced. The Seller may also reject any Order made after a deposit is secured from another buyer. When any of these events occur, we will let you know in writing as soon as possible and any sums paid by you in connection with the cancelled or rejected Order will be refunded.
  2. We may cancel your Order if you fail to pay the deposit, make any instalment payments, or make the final payment by any due date stipulated in the Order.

4. The Product

  1. The Product Listing contains information relevant and correct as at the date of inspection, if any, carried out by Rehome and information supplied by the Seller.
  2. Rehome reserves the right to amend the Product Listing if it is found to be inaccurate or if required by any applicable statutory or regulatory requirement and, if an Order has been placed prior to such amendment being made, Rehome shall notify the Customer at the earliest opportunity.
  3. The Product is offered for sale on the platform subject to the information concerning its condition disclosed on the Product Listing, as well as any terms implied as to reasonable expectations of the condition of the Product given its type, age and sale status.
  4. The Seller confirms that on collection or delivery (as applicable) the Product shall conform in all material respects with the Product Listing and be fit for its intended purpose.
  5. You acknowledge and accept that where the Product Listing indicates that you are purchasing an Ex-display Product or a Used Product the goods will show a commensurate degree of normal wear and tear, may require cleaning and will be subject to any express faults, defects or damage specifically indicated in the Product Listing. You also acknowledge and accept that some minor repairs, making-good, or rectification work may be required in respect of Used Products or Ex-Display Products that require dismantling or uninstalling prior to collection or delivery (as applicable).
  6. The Product Listing may indicate that the Product consists of a number of separate items, sold together as the overall Product package.
  7. You acknowledge and accept that any Disclaimed Items detailed in the Product Listing, while included in the Product package, do not form part of the price of the Product and your rights of return as set out in paragraph 6 are limited with respect to those Disclaimed Items.
  8. In placing an Order for the overall Product package, you accept that any cancellation, return or refund rights that you may have will be fair, reasonable and commensurate with the extent of damage or fault to the separate items that form the Product package, as set out in paragraph 6.
  9. If you think there is something wrong with the Product, you can contact Rehome’s Customer Service Team, who will seek to assist you or will redirect you to the Seller as appropriate.

5. Your acceptance of the Product

  1. You will own the Product once the Seller has received payment of the purchase price in full.
  2. The risk of damage to or loss of the Product shall pass to you on collection from the Seller or delivery by the Seller, as applicable.
  3. In the event that delivery is not included in the Order and you arrange to collect the Product from the Seller yourself, or using a third party carrier, the following terms shall apply:
    1. The Confirmation Notice will contain the details of a proposed collection date or collection window, during which time you may arrange to collect the Product from the Seller, at the address detailed in the Confirmation Notice.
    2. If you wish to change the proposed collection date, you must notify the Seller and Rehome within 72 hours of the Confirmation Notice. Time is of the essence for collection of the Product so failure to provide such notice may result in the cancellation of your Order and cancellation charges.
    3. Occasionally a collection may be affected or cancelled by an event outside of the control of the Seller. You will be notified as soon as possible to rearrange the collection date.
    4. At the time of collection, you shall inspect the Product for any discrepancies against the Product Listing and shall accept the Product for collection (whether or not an acceptance notice is signed by you). In accepting the Product, you are confirming that the Product conforms in all material respects with the Product Listing and is fit for its intended purpose. If you consider that there is a discrepancy with the Product, you should resolve the issue with the Seller prior to removal of the Product from the Seller’s property.
    5. The transfer of the Product to you by the Seller is deemed to be complete when the Product has been made available for collection by you, or by a carrier organised by you, from the address detailed in the Confirmation Notice.
    6. Risk of damage to or loss of the Product shall pass to you (irrespective of the status of delivery to you by any carrier) at the time that the Product is loaded during collection.
    7. The Seller shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused during the collection loading/unloading process, nor while the Product is in transit.  You may therefore wish to check that you/your carrier has appropriate insurance to cover such risks.
  4. In the event that delivery is included in the Order, the following terms shall apply:
    1. Any specific timescales for delivery that we give are estimates only and the Seller shall not be deemed to be in breach of the Terms or have any liability to you (whether in contract (including under any indemnity), tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise howsoever arising) for any failure to fulfil delivery within any specified timescales.
    2. Rehome or the Seller may engage a third party carrier to deliver the Product to you.  In which case we would disclose your personal data to the third party carrier to enable them to fulfil the delivery services and to liaise with you to provide delivery updates.
    3. Delivery is complete once the Product has been unloaded at the address for delivery that is detailed in the Confirmation Notice.  Risk of damage to or loss of the Product shall pass to you at the time that the Product is unloaded at that delivery address.
    4. If you fail to take delivery within 10 days after the day on which we notified you that the Product was ready for delivery, we may terminate your contract and return the Product to the Seller. You will not be reimbursed for the failed delivery services.

6. Cancellations and Returns

  1. Rehome offers you Purchase Protection for a period of 14 days after collection or delivery (as applicable) of the Product.  If you identify a problem with the Product and you report it to us in writing by completing our Customer Resolution Form within the 14 day protection period, we will aim to resolve the problem fairly and swiftly. If applicable, resolution may be either replacing, repairing, making good, or offering financial compensation in respect of a confirmed fault and will be in full and final settlement of the problem.
  2. Your rights to cancel your Order and/or to return the Product depend on the type of Product you have purchased and the type of Seller that you have purchased it from. The type of Seller involved in the transaction will have been indicated in the Product Listing, notified to you at the time you placed your Order, and is detailed in the Confirmation Notice. You should be aware that your statutory rights are limited in respect of transactions with a Private Seller.

    Scenario Associated rights
    If you’ve changed your mind

Where the Seller is a Private Seller: You do not have any right to cancel your Order or to return the Product if you simply change your mind about your purchase

Where the Seller is Rehome or a Trade Seller: If you bought a Product online or over the phone, you have a 14 day cooling-off period after collection or delivery of the Product (unless an exception applies)

If the Product was misrepresented  If you are concerned that the Product was materially misrepresented on the platform (for example, listed as new when it was actually pre-owned), then you may be entitled to a refund, regardless of the type of Seller involved. Please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss no later than 14 days after collection or delivery
Cancellation by the Seller If the Seller cancels the sale contract with you prior to your collection, or delivery to you, of the Product, you will be entitled to a full refund of the sums you have paid for the Product and any delivery costs included in the Order, to be paid to you within 14 days of cancellation by the Seller
If the Product is faulty If you think that there is something wrong with the Product, you must contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. If the Seller is a Trade Seller and the Product does not comply with the requirements imposed by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, subject to certain exceptions
If part of the Product or an item in the Product package is faulty

The Seller accepts no liability to refund, repair or replace any Disclaimed Items or to refund, repair or replace any Product or part of a Product on the basis of damage or fault to a Disclaimed Item.

Your rights to a refund, repair or replacement for a fault with part of the Product, or an item in the Product package (other than a Disclaimed Item), shall be fair, reasonable and commensurate with the extent of such fault to the overall Product, subject to paragraph 6.3.10

    Cost of returns

If you cancel your Order after collection or delivery, you have to return the Product at your own cost.

If the Product is faulty, you must allow Rehome, or its authorised subcontractor, access to the Product (in-situ, if applicable) to allow them to assess how to resolve the matter

    Exceptions

You may not be entitled to cancel your Order or to receive a refund if certain exceptions apply, including but not limited to the following:

    • The Product is made or altered to measure, or to your specification;
    • You have seen the Product in person ahead of purchase, having inspected the Product after arranging a viewing with the Seller;
    • You were aware and informed that the Product (or an aspect of it) was damaged or faulty prior to your purchase;
    • You have damaged the Product yourself after the point of delivery or collection;
    • The Seller is a Private Seller, unless the Product was mispresented.

  3. Cancellation/Returns Process
    1. If you have purchased the Product from a Trade Seller, you have a 14 day cooling-off period after collection or delivery of the Product (unless an exception applies).  If, during that cooling-off period (or any time prior to it), you change your mind and wish to cancel your Order, you must inform Rehome of your decision in writing by emailing Rehome’s Customer Service Team (a “Cancellation Notice”).
    2. We will acknowledge receipt of your Cancellation Notice by email and if it meets the requirements for acceptance (ie the Seller was Rehome/Trade Seller and the notice was issued no later than 14 days after collection or delivery (as applicable)), then we will issue an acceptance notice to you (a “Cancellation Acceptance Notice”).
    3. If your Cancellation Notice does not meet the requirements for acceptance (ie where the Seller is a Private Seller or your notice was not issued within 14 days of collection or delivery (as applicable)), your request will be rejected. For the avoidance of doubt, no other rights of cancellation shall apply.
    4. If the Cancellation Acceptance Notice is issued prior to collection or delivery of the Product, you will be refunded the sums you have paid for the Product, less any retained deposit, within 14 days of the date of receiving your Cancellation Notice.
    5. If the Product has already been delivered to you or collected by you, the Product must be returned to the Seller or Rehome, as directed in the Cancellation Acceptance Notice, within 14 days of the date of the Cancellation Acceptance Notice.
    6. Provided the Product is returned in the same condition as it was when you received it, and within 14 days from the date of the Cancellation Acceptance Notice, you will be refunded the price of the Product less any retained deposit and/or cancellation charges within 14 days of receiving it back from you.
    7. You are responsible for the return of the Product including the costs associated with the return. You should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service you have used. If you do not do this and the goods are not received within 14 days from the date of the Cancellation Acceptance Notice you will not be entitled to a refund. You should insure the Product for its full value until returned to the Seller.
    8. The amount refunded to you may be reduced if the value of the returned Product has diminished due to your handling of the goods. For example, if the packaging or the Product is damaged (in comparison to the condition of the Product when delivered to you) or accessories are missing. If delivery was included as part of your Order, we only refund standard delivery costs and don’t refund any extra you have paid for an enhanced delivery service.
    9. If the Product is faulty, you must inform the Seller and Rehome of the Product fault at your earliest opportunity.  Your notice should be made in writing by emailing the Seller at the address detailed in the Confirmation Notice and copying in Rehome’s Customer Service Team, setting out full details of the fault and providing photographic evidence to support your notice (“Fault Notice”).
    10. The Seller and/or Rehome reserves the right to seek to remedy the Fault Notice by either replacing, repairing, making good, or offering financial compensation in respect of the faulty Product. You agree to allow the Seller and/or Rehome access to make any such repairs or to collect the Product, at the discretion of the Seller/Rehome. Any repair, replacement, or financial compensation offered in resolution of the Fault Notice shall be accepted by you in full and final settlement of all issues and faults related to the Product, whether outlined in the Fault Notice or otherwise arising at any time.
  4. If you need help with returns, including using our collection and delivery service, or for additional information on the scope and instructions for cancellations, then please contact our Customer Service Team.

7. Prices and payment

  1. All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
  2. Prices detailed on the platform or in the Order Details are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.
  3. The payment dates applicable to the Order will be detailed on the Order Details or communicated to you by our Sales Team but will consist of at least the following instalments:
    1. Payment of a 10% deposit of the agreed sales price of the Product required prior to acceptance of your Order, or payment of the total sales price where collection or delivery is required within 14 days of the Order. Any deposit paid to Rehome is non-refundable once your Order has been accepted by the Seller and the contract is formed on these Terms;
    2. Remainder sum (agreed sales price of the Product, less the deposit and any other agreed instalments already paid) to be received in full by Rehome at least 14 days before the agreed collection or delivery date.
  4. Payments are to be made to Rehome by bank transfer at the details provided by Rehome along with your Order confirmation.
  5. If payment for the Product has not been received in full at least 14 days before the agreed collection or delivery date, the Seller will not be required to deliver or permit collection of the Product, your contract may be terminated, and any deposit paid will be retained.
  6. Any sums that you pay to us in our capacity as an agent for a Third Party Seller, will then be paid to the Third Party Seller and you authorise us to make such payment on your behalf.

8. The Seller is not responsible for events outside of its control

  1. Where Rehome or the Seller is prevented from carrying out its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances that are beyond its control (including but not limited to acts of god, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to the Seller's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers), performance of its obligations shall be postponed for the time during which the circumstance continues without any obligation to compensate you provided reasonable steps are taken to prevent or minimise delay. Rehome or the Seller will contact you to inform you of such delay as soon as possible.
  2. If the period of delay or non-performance continues for a period of four weeks (in excess of any previously agreed timeframe), you can contact our Customer Service Team to end the contract and receive a refund for any Product you have paid for in advance but have not yet received.

9. Responsibility for losses caused by the Products

  1. Nothing in these Terms will exclude liability for death or personal injury; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession); or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
  2. Where the Product is sold by Rehome in its capacity as an agent for a Third Party Seller, Rehome has no responsibility and accepts no liability for any damage or loss caused to you, or your property, in connection with that Product.
  3. Neither Rehome nor a Third Party Seller will be responsible for any loss that is unexpected (unforeseeable), caused by an event outside its control, avoidable or consequential, or for any business losses arising from your purchase of the Product in a business capacity.
  4. References to liability in this paragraph 9 include every kind of liability arising under or in connection with this contract including but not limited to liability in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise.

10. Other important terms and conditions

  1. The Seller may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. You may only transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms to someone else if we agree to it in writing.
  2. Any notices and communications required to be given under these Terms shall be made in writing by either mail or email to the Seller’s address detailed in the Confirmation Notice, to Rehome’s Customer Service Team, and to the address you used when placing the Order.
  3. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  4. If the Seller or Rehome does not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if there is a delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking the contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent the Seller or Rehome from taking steps against you at a later date.
  5. These Terms are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be brought in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in.
