This kitchen is located in a penthouse apartment and is subject to access issues, UKE to remove and deliver kitchen to storage. During his visit, our photographer Gareth noted that the kitchen is in very good used condition. Few chips to cabinetry (see images). Cabinetry would benefit from cleaning prior to installation. Marks to cabinetry below breakfast bar, water mark to dishwasher door. One freezer drawer missing, low cost replacement. Scratch to 1 x reduced depth island unit - awaiting image. Due to the position of windows cabinetry facing the sun has some natural fading, bear this in mind when planning to reconfigure.
