Cabinetry requires a minimum of touching up upon installation, and we believe would benefit from a repaint - this will give the opportunity to fill in a few areas where this is requied on the wooden frame. Few chips to worktops - these can be repaired by a specialist. Area of swelling to bin housing, and water staining/marks to sink, these require repair and will be given free of charge, excluded from sales price. Red wine stain to wine rack. Swelling to spice rack which requires repair. Appliances require professional cleaning upon installation. Dishwasher decals worn, scratches to inside of door. Warming drawer front is loose and doesn't fully close, requires repair.
