During her visit, our photographer Sarah noted that this kitchen is in very good used condition. As with all painted kitchens, touch ups will be required to paint upon installation. Some deeper small chips to cabinetry that may need filling. Examples of larger scratches are to inside cabinet and to island plinth. Few small chips to worktops, some water staining to worktop around sink. Microwave latch sticks shut - needs repair. Cracks to 2 freezer drawers, low cost replacement online.

At the heart of this space is a large dining island, boasting drawer packs crafted with dovetail joins and finished with stylish cupped handles, which also features hob and plenty of prep space. Providing additional storage space is a reduced depth pantry style unit. Light cabinetry is painted in Farrow & Ball's Strong White with a hint of blue mixed in , however buyer has the option to repaint to suit their tastes. Completing this sale are Caple appliances.
