During his visit, our photographer Sam noted that this kitchen is in very good used condition. As with all painted kitchens, touch ups required to finish upon installation. Few chips to worktop. Island worktop dented/chipped due to glass falling on top, this is given free of charge. Oven seal is worn. Seller has advised that grey cabinetry is painted with Farrow & Ball's Elephants Breath. Staining to inside of sink base.
