During his visit, our photographer Denis noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. Chip to top of fridge door. Swelling to the bottom of both 190 panels left and right of oven. We believe that the kitchen has been painted since originally installed, it would benefit from another re-paint on installation. Bin unit is included free of charge due to wear, buyer may choose to replace this. Doors of sink base are slightly warped and don't close properly. Slight swelling to plinth under fridge run.
