During his visit, our photographer Peter noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition, good in areas of higher use. Kitchen will require a repaint post-installation. This will give the opportunity to undertake some minor repairs: Some chips that will require filling. Slight swelling to plinth under pantry unit (best to replace). Scuffs to the inside of pantry doors from pull out baskets. Scuff to frame between corner unit and 800 unit of L shaped run. Swelling to plinth under sink run (best to replace). Minor swelling to sink base doors. Minor swelling to bast panel of sink unit (best to replace). Screw holes to door of 490 unit on island. Scuffs to side of f/f. Dents to f/f door. Chips to island worktop. Please see images for indicative examples. Overall, most of these issues are easy to repair before you repaint and the results will be good. You may, however, chose to replace the doors on the sink base.
