During his visit, our photographer Konrad noted that the kitchen is in a very good used condition. Scuffs to straight run worktop. There are additional holes in the sink run worktop for taps. Staining to breakfast pantry worktop. Units/worktops with a natural finish have some discolouration due to contact with sunlight. As with all painted cabinetry, touch ups will be required upon installation. Crack to top left drawer in freezer section of f/f. Cabinet edging strip is missing from sink base, and there us some staining inside the unit.
