No access issues noted During his visit, our photographer Sam noted the following:This is a lovely kitchen in very good used condition commensurate with age. As with all painted kitchens, touch ups or repainting will likely be required to cabinetry upon installation, buyer may choose to replace plinths. We believe, whilst this has been professionally painted, there are places where paint has been left on butt hinges and there is some light pooling in the door/drawer beads. Few drawer runners require adjustment, e.g. to right of range oven. Mantle cabinetry hard to open, handles or a push to open mechanism could be added for ease. Cut out to island back panel for socket, one decorative island trim is missing and requires replacing.
