No access issues noted Condition Notes/Explanation: Clive Christian painted kitchen cabinets are normally constructed with a wood frame and high quality MDF doors. Unfortunately, in areas where water and/or heat is present, some of the doors have begun to swell where the paint has come off. This swelling would be very hard to make good as you cannot sand MDF. There are, however, a few options open to a buyer in this instant; either have the doors remade by a joiner and replaced (the damaged doors will be given so you can use the original door furniture), or discount these units completely, making a smaller/reconfigured kitchen. With the wooden elements, this will need proprietary work and the whole kitchen will require repainting throughout. Please note: This kitchen has been priced as a ‘project’ kitchen.

This is one of the original ‘Christians’ kitchens (before the Clive Christian branding was adopted) and features an iconic design with chunky pilasters, stunning in-frame cabinetry and Christian’s instantly recognisable ‘lions head’ handles. This is a high quality build, just take a look at beautifully crafted drawer boxes complete with dovetail joins and detailed dentil cornicing throughout. This is a great opportunity for a savvy buyer to own a luxury kitchen for a fraction of the cost.
This is a great find, however it does require some remedial work. Kitchen has been priced to reflect this. We believe remedial work/repaint and some reconfiguration could provide a workable solution and will result in a stunning kitchen.
